Responsibilities

After comprehensive training, you will support projects related to stamping tools and technical equipment
You will assist with the commissioning of stamping tools at our plants and at supplier sites
You will contribute to the optimization of tools, equipment, and processes
You will support the further development of our technical equipment and automation solutions
As your experience grows, you will gradually take ownership of your own tasks and projects

Qualifications

Technical high school diploma, technical vocational qualification, or a comparable education
Recent graduates and career changers are also very welcome
Interest in technology and a willingness to learn
Knowledge of CAD software is an advantage
Good working knowledge of MS Office
Structured way of working, team spirit, and good communication skills
Good knowledge of German and Italian or English

Compensation

Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
Annual variable production bonus
