• Ensure product and process quality in collaboration with internal and external customers
• Manage complaints, analyze root causes, and implement corrective actions
• Support customer, supplier, and logistics quality activities
• Contribute to scrap reduction and quality cost improvement initiatives
• Conduct process and product audits (requalification audits)
• Manage and monitor measuring and inspection equipment
• Perform incoming goods inspections
• Create and maintain inspection and control plans
• Support continuous improvement activities

• Technical education or comparable qualification
• Previous experience in quality management is an advantage
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented working style
• Strong quality awareness and proactive mindset
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Good command of German and English; Italian language skills are an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Compensation

• Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
  
• Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
  
• Annual variable production bonus
