• Manage, support, and further develop our business applications
• Analyze and optimize business processes through digital solutions
• Advise and support business departments on functional and technical topics
• Collaborate with external software partners and service providers
• Participate in IT and digitalization projects, particularly in the MES environment
• Ensure a stable and integrated application landscape

• Completed education or degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• Experience in application systems
• Excellent German, Italian, and English language skills
• Structured, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Strong service mindset and excellent communication skills
