As an Indirect Material Buyer, you will support the purchasing of materials and services needed for our daily operations. You will work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure smooth processes and on-time deliveries.

• Purchase indirect materials, spare parts, services, and equipment
• Create and manage purchase orders
• Monitor supplier deliveries and ensure timely supply
• Request quotations and negotiate prices
• Organize transports and process invoices
• Maintain supplier and material master data
• Support customs, goods receipt, and supplier onboarding activities

• Preferably completed education in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a comparable discipline
• Experience in purchasing is an advantage
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Organized and detail-oriented working style
• Good MS Office and English skills; SAP/ERP knowledge is a plus
