• Support the Quality Planning team in preparing customer approvals for new or modified products
• Compile and manage the documentation required by customers
• Maintain customer portals and upload relevant documents
• Coordinate missing information with internal departments
• Monitor deadlines and timelines within the approval process
• Support product and process changes that require customer re-approval
• Prepare status reports and data analyses
• Perform general administrative tasks within Quality Planning

• Ideally completed commercial or technical education
• Structured, accurate, and independent way of working
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
• Good German language skills; English is an advantage
• Initial experience in the automotive industry or quality management is desirable, but not required

Compensation

• Starting salary from €32,000 per year on a full-time basis, classified according to the Metal Industry collective agreement
  
• Depending on your education/qualifications and experience, your compensation may be higher
  
• Annual variable production bonus
